Hi Chris, Nice to meet you! The ginger really seems to help. It's warming so helps with chills too. I've got a Naturopath friend who learned about a similiar flax recipe for pregnant moms from a Swedish Dr - make your jelly recipe a little thinner, almost like a really thick tea sort of concoction. She said it makes for a calm baby and mother!
Best, Susan

Thanks for the link, Susan. Great to find another homeschooling Mom, too. I'm definitely going to try adding ginger to my flax jelly recipe. Yum. It might make having a cold worth it. (Just kidding!)

Great post! I agree; although personally I prefer to keep my lists in a plain composition style college ruled notebook. Then I put a beginning date on the front cover when I begin each new book, and an end date when I finish the last page. I keep these notebooks piled on the floor (mostly) in my office so that I can always refer back to them if need be. I also highlight the heck out of my pages, to be sure I'll find what I need when I need it... Looks kind of silly after a while since all the pages are highlighted, but it makes me feel like I'm getting things done. List away!

cheers-
